STEP 1: INTERVIEWING
First, we interview you and your staff about pest sightings, frequency of sightings, and specific areas where sightings occur. Oftentimes, through these interviews we can detect patterns that will help guide us to how the pests are getting inside. We compile the information on unique signings from multiple sources and analyze the data.
STEP 2: INSPECTION
We then take the information we get from the interviews, along with the experience and insight we have obtained from years of experience, to perform a detailed inspection.
STEP 3: PLAN OF ACTION & INITIAL TREATMENT
With our initial findings, we create an early plan and treatment method to begin the pest elimination process.
STEP 4: COMMUNICATION OF RECOMMENDATIONS
After the initial treatment, we communicate your options for long-term solutions and paths to pest elimination. We share our findings from our inspection and interview and then formulate repair recommendations, along with sanitation and storage suggestions, so you can make a decision on how you would like to proceed.
STEP 5: FOLLOW UP TREATMENTS & EXECUTION
We offer consistent and regular pest elimination to ensure a pest-free environment. Your first follow-up treatment is within one week and includes written recommendations.
We then perform follow-up interviews with you and schedule additional follow-up treatments. (Usually, 3 services are enough to completely eliminate most pests. Rats take a few more weeks).
After that, we start our regular monthly services, which can be 1, 2, or even 4 times a month and are performed by the same technician every month, so you have informed, familiar and consistent service.
